Cancellation of orders requires valid reasons

If you cancel your order within the first 8 hours, a 10% non-refundable restocking fee will be applied. If the cancellation occurs after 8 hours but before the item has been shipped (during the production phase), a 20% non-refundable restocking fee will be charged. If the doll is nearly finished but has not yet been shipped, a 30% non-refundable restocking fee will apply.

We implement restocking fees to account for the costs incurred in order processing. Our customer representatives communicate with buyers and manufacturers, incurring additional costs. When a finished doll order is canceled, we aim to keep costs, and consequently prices, as low as possible for successful and unsuccessful orders. In-stock doll orders involve packing costs, while customizable orders involve additional material and time costs during production. The time and materials needed for inspecting, repackaging, and restocking are significant factors in these costs.

Here's how we currently handle refunds, exchanges, and cancellations as a general policy:
  • If you decide to cancel your order before it’s shipped, there will be a non-refundable restocking fee ranging from 10% to 30%, depending on as our website shows and how far along we are in processing your order.
  • The restocking fee is determined by the overall amount of your order.

Why do we apply restocking fees? It’s straightforward – fulfilling an order comes with various expenses. Our customer representatives incur additional costs managing the sale and communicating with buyers and manufacturers. When a completed doll order is canceled, we must control costs (and subsequently prices) for handling this unsuccessful transaction. Whether it’s an in-stock doll or a customized order, packing, production, and time costs are involved. The efforts and materials required for inspecting, repackaging and restocking should not be underestimated.

Orders can be modified in some cases.

Certainly! Feel free to modify or add items to your order without incurring any fees until we start processing it. Once processing begins, we can’t alter or cancel the order, as our products are personalized and custom-made. If you need to make changes or cancel after processing starts, it will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Damage and Warranty

In these situations, we are prepared to provide a replacement, recreate the item, or issue a partial refund.

  • Incorrect Dolls: If the doll you receive looks significantly different from the pictures on our website or the ones from the factory, please share an unboxing video. Include shots of the entire body, head, shipping label, and outer package box. We’ll investigate the issue with our factory and shipping carrier and arrange a replacement.
  • Damaged Dolls: If your package arrives significantly damaged, please initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the extent of the damage, we’ll arrange for a replacement. If the damage is minor, we’ll supply you with the required kits to help you repair the item.
  • Missing Package: If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please get in touch with UPS or FedEx immediately to initiate a claim. As a precaution, we typically include an adult signature service for most packages (with some exceptions).
